Megan Krems

Camp Director

Megan Wade is the creator of SCC. She has a Chemistry degree from Anderson University and is currently teaching middle school science at Saint John The Baptist in Newburgh, Indiana. In 2014, she had a vision to bring science to life for children ages 7-12. So she created a 5 day camp filled with fun, excitement, and wonder!

Julie Wade

Camp Assistant

Julie Wade is a SCC camp assistant. She loves to see the excitement on the student's faces when they see something they have never seen before. Julie brings energy and excitement to the camp. With her background as a Kindermusik educator, she is the perfect fit to help the students throughout the week.

Jena Lutz

Camp Assistant

Jena has been with the SCC Team since the very beginning! She is literally Miss Megan's right hand man! She loves to see the light bulb come on in their lives! Jena is currently a speech pathologist for the EVSC! Her favorite part of camp is most definitely the ICE CREAM!

Zane Schroeder

Camp Assistant

This is Zane's 4th year with SCC. He brings joy and energy to science camp. His infectious smile helps the students to see a challenge and face it with a positive attitude. Zane is a high school student who uses his knowledge to help the students see science as something that they can be successful at!
